The People Behind Your Child’s Success
When you choose Sue Chapman Tuition, you’re not signing up to an algorithm or an anonymous tuition centre. You’re entrusting your child to a dedicated team of qualified teachers who will know them individually, understand their learning style and champion their progress every step of the way.
The nine members of our teaching team each hold a teaching degree and an enhanced DBS check. Between them, they bring nearly 200 years of classroom experience and a shared commitment to helping every child reach their full potential. Sue is also the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Supporting our fantastic teaching team are our Operations Director Steve and our Business Operations Manager, Edward. Steve and Edward bring the same commitment to excellence to every aspect of how we run the business.

Sue Chapman Tuition has been preparing children for the Warwickshire 11+ for over 20 years. In that time, we’ve built a team that combines deep exam expertise with genuine, individual care for every child.
Our teachers – Sue Chapman, Sue Rees, Cathryn Armer, Ruth and Andy Empsall Walker, Michelle Jones, Jo Finch, Tracy Cirin and Nikki Heath – share a meticulous understanding of the GL 11+ curriculum, the exam itself and the specific question styles that children in Warwickshire will face. But what parents tell us they value most is the way our teachers make children feel: confident, capable and excited to learn.
